Quha’s sustainability promise

Supply chain

At Quha, we are committed to maintaining an ethical, transparent and sustainable supply chain. Our goal is to ensure that all materials and components comply with legal and regulatory requirements, respect workers’ rights and minimize environmental impact.

While most components in our products are fully traceable, we are actively working to improve transparency for the remaining few items.

To meet these goals, we are relocating production to regions with transparent supply chains and prioritizing sourcing from within the EU for new products. We continuously evaluate and enhance our practices to align with evolving legal and ethical standards.

As part of these efforts, all the plastic components for our latest product, Quha Zono X, are manufactured in Finland and its charging cables are manufactured within the EU.

Product quality

Quha is dedicated to sustainable practices that ensure high-quality, reliable, and long-lasting products while minimizing waste and environmental impact.

We always ensure that our products comply with applicable laws and requirements and that we are prepared for changes in them. We are continuously enhancing product reliability through rigorous testing and development. Any product issues reported by customers are addressed immediately to identify the cause and implement necessary corrective measures.

We are replacing plastic packaging materials with renewable alternatives. Additionally, we aim to promote proper recycling practices, including the responsible disposal of lithium batteries.

These efforts reflect our commitment to sustainability throughout the product lifecycle.

Selling practices

Quha focuses on fast deliveries, quick responses, and reliable consumer support to enhance customer experience. We focus on clear communication. Customer privacy is strictly protected and accurate. We are improving website clarity and issue resolution processes.

Quha commits to reviewing feedback, improving clarity in communications and enhancing FAQs. These actions aim to reduce waiting times, provide accurate information and streamline customer support.
